crispbread (still in progress):
120g wheat flour
100g oats
75g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sesame seeds
50g chia seeds
25g flax seeds
7g salt
>0.3g oregano (can't taste it)
<7.5g caraway (you can just taste it. For some people it might be too much, but most would not mind more)
2tbsp olive oil
350ml water
-predetermined breaks every 10 cm in raw dough with a knife
-turn the baking tray 90 degrees every 10 minutes if the oven does not heat evenly
-in darker areas the caraway tastes more intense
